The moderator's job is to keep the Yahoo discussion group
going, poke the fireplace, mow the grass, mop the kitchen, or
perform whatever chores are necessary to make y''all feel at
home and free to talk about writing. We also maintain the
website, making sure it is dusted once in a while and the
spiders are stomped. We publicize the group by spreading
the word around the net and only adding fertilizer from
the barn yard when really necessary. We publish members
stories and bios on the site or on a telephone pole. --
your choice. We have a once in a while newsletter, if we
run out of anything else to do, can't think of an excuse, and it
isn't too hot. New writers are always welcome. Bring
a jug of sweet tea and don't wake up the yard dogs.
