Hallowe'n and Southerners... EEK

By Bev Sobkowich

We are going to visualize the old abandoned mansions and shacks beside the lakes. There are houses in your community where people nearly always cross the street rather than see the shadowy figure who sometimes shows up at the upstairs window. I want to hear the stories of these sad and lonely people!

What if this mystic figure turned out to be a murderer or perhaps an abandoned sweetheart of a pirate or a gambler?

I am willing to go in and spend some time with this lonesome soul. I don't know if the spirits can communicate but they may be able to get a message across in a different way.

I will listen for doors closing to the outside of the house but will have this covered by friends being at the front and back door. Of course, my legs will have turned to mush if this happens.

There is a good reason to brave out this experience. I will get over feeling frightened by people that I can walk through.

Anyone want to come along?
